Brian Watson & Associates (BW&A) is a business consulting and management support firm based in the Niagara region of Ontario, close to the US border. We work primarily with small and mid-sized businesses in Southern Ontario and Western New York. We can also take on assignments across Canada and the USA.

We are business improvement specialists – we provide solutions that deliver productivity and profit improvements. Our focus areas are finance, operations and information systems, with special expertise in engineer-to-order/project-based manufacturing.
