The PTS full-service scheduling system

This is why BW&A developed its own MS Project-based Production Tracking and Scheduling (PTS) system as a full-service alternative to running a system in-house. The concept behind our service is simple – we produce your production plans and schedules for you, as well as labour tracking reports, and all are customized to suit your specific requirements. No software to buy, faster adoption because you do not have to learn the technicalities of how the system operates, and no need to hire or train in-house staff to run the system.

The process is straightforward: you provide us with your labour hours and related job/project data by e-mail or on-line through our secure website; we update your data files, produce your new production tracking and scheduling reports and send them back to you. The reporting frequency can be weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, as needed, and the service is provided on a monthly payment plan, based on the volume of data to be processed. We provide additional services on demand, including custom reports, on-line review of via web-conferencing, analysis of results, and set-up of new projects.

We use MS Excel and MS Access, when needed, for data capture and analysis, and for data transfer between PTS and your systems. And we can provide Project viewing software at a nominal cost so that you don’t have to purchase licenses for MS Project to view your project schedules and reports.
